  1. I do not recall that ever happening anytime in my life. I guess when I win the lottery it'll happen for sure.

  2. Great giveaway! I know this might sound strange, but I just got back from a friends bachelorette cruise and the customer service on the ship was outstanding. I also loved being pampered and being able to just enjoy myself!

  7. Laurie always makes a product that is uniquely yours! She can accommodate any request and truly runs her business well with extra Southern charm!
On another note, I just had my CVS pharmacy call me and ask if I would like to refill my prescriptions that would be finishing at the end of this week - great way to be ahead of the game! I was very surprised! asroussel@gmail.com

  9. When I was buying maternity clothes last fall/winter, there was an AMAZING saleswoman at Motherhood Maternity who found so much great stuff for me in my size while I was in the dressing room. I had no idea what to expect with maternity clothes, and she was so helpful and not pushy at all. She even found some clothing for me that was on clearance!

  12. I recently ordered some farm shaped crayons from an etsy seller and one arrived broken out of 12. I emailed her and let her know that it was broken and she mailed out an entire set via priority mail the very next day with a note apologizing for the broken one. It was very nice of her and I will definitely order from her again.

  16. I have been having some issues with some Signing Time DVDs, which my daughter adores, skipping and stopping. I wrote the company and they have a great policy that states that if anything ever goes wrong with one of their dvds, they will replace it for free within 30 days and for $5 no matter how old it is! They have been very accommodating and I just love their products so much! I also had great service from Quinny, the manufacturer of our Buzz stroller. It was not folding easily or breaking correctly and I called to inquire about the problems. They shipped a replacement stroller to me the next day!! Same with Medela, whose pump I used while nursing our daughter. The motor on the version I bought seemed to wear out quickly and whenever I called, they had a new one at my door by the next morning! It must seem that I create bad luck with things I buy, but I promise that all my complaints are legitimate! These companies all deserve applause!

  19. I experienced good customer service all around at Wal-Mart yesterday. I had to return an item and the customer service worker was polite, fast and friendly. Afterwards, the bakery worker was super friendly and gave a cookie to my little boy. Finally, the cashier was very friendly & fast also. I enjoyed my Wal-Mart experience yesterday:)

  35. I bought a pair of sandals at the Kenneth Cole store and a strap broke within a week. Kenneth Cole wouldn't take them back or even exchange them because they had been worn. Duh.

After my bad experience at KC, I met my husband in Nordstrom and I was complaining to him about it - the Nordstrom saleman overheard me, asked me for the Kenneth Cole sandals and took them into the back room...he brought me out a brand new pair of the same shoes. I protested "But I didn't even buy these here!" and he said, "That's ok. We're Nordstrom. We have the best customer service out there. Tell your friends!"

    SO IMPRESSIVE!!!!

  37. It happens so rarely, that when it does, I am amazed. We had a blender/food processor that we purchased delivered broken and Sears was quick to replace it. It was a breeze, and experiencing Lagniappe...a breath of fresh air.

I was pretty bummed but it was my fault for not having any cash. The guy behind the counter immediately put my order in anyway and told me to just come back another time and I was beyond amazed!

  60. Just last night we had dinner at longhorn steak house and where we were seated was very noisy. We asked to be moved and they IMMEDIATELY moved us and they told us to just move and they moved all the items from the table. Then they checked back to make sure we were happy. Very good customer service. Thanks so much! pamelashockley(AT)netscape(DOT)net
