Schedule an Event

We try to make scheduling an event as simple and as flexible as possible. Our packages are designed to suit your type of event, whether it's single product promotion or a complex, month-long themed campaign*.

We ask that you contact us with as much notice as possible; please note the time frames below for each package. But, feel free to contact us even if your event is on short notice, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate!

Please be assured that we are happy to consult and work with you toward your goals before and during the event. We'll keep in touch constantly to make sure you're satisfied with the graphic design, sponsor liaison (if applicable) and that your event is on the right track generally.

Our packages are as follows:







The BCE Yellow Package Includes:

• an event lasting up to one week
  
• a custom-designed banner (470x125px)
  
• a 200x200px ad button
• a landing page dedicated to your event (see an example here!)

Please note, your ad button and banner will remain on the BCE page for the duration of the event.

Introductory Price: USD$10
Notice Required: Four - Six Weeks







The BCE Green Package Includes:

• an event lasting up to two weeks
• a custom-designed banner (470x125px)
  
• two 200x200px teaser buttons to generate interest in your event
• a 200x200px ad button
• a landing page dedicated to your event (see an example here!)

Please note, your teaser buttons will be placed on the BCE home page prior to the event, and the ad button and banner will remain on the BCE page for the duration of the event.

Notice Required: Six Weeks







The BCE Red Package Includes:

• an event lasting up to three weeks
• a custom-designed banner (470x125px)
• three 200x200px teaser buttons to generate interest in your event
• a 200x200px ad button
• a promo video
• a landing page dedicated to your event (see an example here!)
• daily update posts
• up to five interactive games (optional)
  

Please note, your teaser buttons will be placed on the BCE home page prior to the event, and the ad button, banner and the promo video will remain on the BCE page for the duration of the event.

Notice Required: Six Weeks







The BCE Blue Package Includes:

• an event lasting up to four weeks
• a custom-designed blogspot blog
  
• three 200x300px teaser buttons to generate interest in your event
  
• a 200x300px ad button
• two promo videos
• the BCE home page customised to your event's theme
• daily updates on your unique blog
• up to seven interactive games (optional)
• Twitter and Facebook parties (optional)

Please note, your teaser buttons will be placed on the BCE home page prior to the event, and the ad button and one of the promo videos will remain on the BCE page for the duration of the event.

Notice Required: Eight Weeks
